Circular chute blockage switch

The circular chute blockage switch consists of a detection plate and a limit switch, with a simple structure and quick response. When the chute is blocked, the detection board is squeezed by the material, tilts outward, triggers the limit switch, and sends a stop or signal. After the chute is cleared, the switch will automatically reset. Installed on the side wall of the chute parallel to the conveyor belt. Sensitivity can be adjusted, and the detection force at the front end of the detection board can be adjusted from 9.8 to 14.7N, which can detect small particles and blocky materials.

Working principle:

When there is too much accumulation of objects in the funnel or chute and the objects are too large and unobstructed, causing blockage in the chute, the accumulated materials give a certain pressure to the side wall of the funnel. The movable door installed on the funnel or chute opens under the pressure, causing the travel switch to act, issuing a stop signal, and resetting the switch after troubleshooting. The chute blockage detection device is a gate structure with a pressure spring reset function. The outer shell is made of iron plate and has been painted and anti-corrosion treated to be outdoor type. The overall structure is reasonable and the performance is reliable& Nbsp< Br/>
