Installation and wiring method 1. Its position should meet the following requirements: (1) Generally, the switch is installed on the conveyor frame, so that the device is lower than the horizontal position of the tape for easy operation; (2) Tie the pull rope (¥ 4mm plastic coated steel wire rope) to the pull ring hole of the switch arm, and the distance between the two switches should be less than 40m, The pull ropes at both ends should be arranged parallel to the conveyor belt and spaced at 3 intervals; Install lifting rings around 4m to provide support and reduce deflection. 2. Wiring: (1) Wiring instructions for Type I drawstring switch. Open the back cover and see the switch wiring plug. If there is an outgoing cable, the user does not need to open the back cover and can directly connect it to the outgoing cable of the switch. When wiring, a multimeter can be used to check the normally open and normally closed contacts to prevent errors. After connecting, use waterproof tape to insulate and cover the insulation sheath. (2) The wiring of type II rope switch is the same as that of type I. Attention: 1. The wiring connection is reliable and insulated and sealed. 2.
